Very Important: This elevated clubhouse is very similar to common types of playground equipment. This clubhouse is not suitable for young children. If a child is too young for common types of playground equipment, then this clubhouse would not be age appropriate for that child. All children should have adult supervision in the use of this elevated clubhouse. As each builder my use different techniques, measurement methods and materials, there is NO GUARANTEE that all dimensions and measures will be 100% accurate in all cases. Should the builder substitute different materials, the dimensions required could change significantly. If a significant design problem does develop the builder is urged to consult with a professional builder.
