For the Download Process

    Q: I did the credit card payment but then nothing happened. Doesn't the download start automatically ?
    A: No - it does not start automatically. It does require some input from you and a few clicks. See STEP 2 - after input and processing of your credit card info, you are given a password for entry into a secure area of the site. STEP 2 is clicking "click here to continue shopping". This routes you back from the shopping cart to the web site. Step 3 is entering into the secure area site by using the given password and the USER code "clubplans". (leave off the quotes). STEP 4 is the actual download of the PDF file which requires only a click.

    Q: I have my password - now what do I do ?
    A: Click here to continue shopping-. This routes you back from the shopping cart to the web site. Navigate back to clubhouseplans.com and proceed to Step 3 for the design you ordered. You enter into the secure area site by using the given password and the USER code "clubplans". (leave off the quotes). STEP 4 is the actual download of the PDF file which requires only a click.

    Q: My internet connection is slow and the download process either locks up or crashs - What are my options?
    A: You might try to download during "off-peak" hours of internet use. If the download simply will not go through, contact us at info@clubhouseplans.com. We will mail you paper copies and make a cost adjustment for shipping costs.

    Q: I lost my password or accidently deleted my PDF File?
    A: Send an email to info@clubhouseplans.com requesting a new password or new pdf file. The following information is required to receive a new password or new pdf file: the approximate date of the order, the name of the purchaser and the style of clubhouse ordered.) After we verify your purchase info, we will email a a new password to you.
