Clubhouse with Shed
The elevated playhouse is approximately 6feet off the ground, and the interior is 6 feet wide and 7 feet long. The open deck with railing is about 4 feet wide and runs the length of the clubhouse.

 
   

The design includes an enclosed lower-half with double doors to be used as a storage shed for lawn and garden equipment, or larger outdoor toys. The overall size is about 10' long x 8' wide and is approximately 13' tall.
